How to Properly Seat the Height Adjustment Cable

Sometimes the height adjustment cable slips out of place or gets caught on something and is pulled out of place. Follow the steps below to verify that the height adjustment cable is seated properly when going into the cartridge.

1. Located the location for where the height adjustment cable goes into the cartridge (center column of the cart). This will be on the underside of the worksurface.
2. Use the pictures below to verify if the cables are seated properly.

3. If the cable is not seated properly, slide the cable into the slot so that it resembles the properly seated photo (figure 1).
